My doctor told me that I have a UTI, but I don't feel like the symptoms match up. I am lightheaded, have a mild ear ache, have pains in the lower abdomen but not all the time. I don't have any pain when urinating, and don't feel like I'm having to go more often than I normally would. Is my doctor right, or is it something else? Please let me know ASAP in case it's something more serious.
