i made a few purchases on ebay for items and paypal said it was confirmed . well paypal has my old bank and credit card information so the funds got reversed to the sellers now i owe paypal 3,000 . what do i do know since sellers want their money ? can i go to jail over this since paypal authorized transactions and then took them out of sellers account ? they should have declined my very first transaction ,and now i dont have the whole amount of funds to pay for all the purchases .
