So im working at lowes home improvement. and its a absolutely horrible job. i work as a cashier but mostly in returns (pretty much just in returns) but i try so hard to do good. i havent been late once, ive never missed a day, my cash door has never been short.... but i have switched people shifts a few times . but never to work to my benefit really i switch to help out other people and if im not doing anything and i can help you, i definitely will. but the head cashier has been treating me so bad, like a horrible. four other cashiers has heard her calling me a b*tch at work and saying i messed up everything by coming there. and i am just confused i never did anything to her. is she aloud to openly insult me like that at work? and now im getting 13 to 15 hours a week when i was getting 30 to 35 and shes told people thats shes giving me no hours because she doesnt like..
is this something i should go to the better business bureau about?
how should i go about dealing with this?
this woman has made my working experience with lowes as a company so bad and honestly ill be happy to never even shop there again.
