Can I go to jail for unlocking someones door and leaving it ajar?

I.E. Using a bump key on the apt door and leaving it ajar every day for a week. No stepping inside or breaking anything.
not wide open... more like cracked open. A good psychological torture.
douchebag, how can it be breaking and entering if I don't break and I don't enter!?
 
yes if your caught. if you dont have consent just being there can qualify as burglary, dont have to steal anything. if you go there and they dont want you and you do something its burglary. if you just goto the door is trespassing.
