i sold a few cars on street corners, and one morning i got a call from someone interested in buying my car, so i met him were the car was parked for sale, so he asked me to start the engine, so i did, the next thing i know, i was surrounded by a half dozen dmv cops, giving me the 9 degree, so they gave me a notice appear, and they towed my car, , i have to appear in court in 2 weeks, , will i need a lawyer ?,
