Can I get Verizon FIOS without TV?

I have dsl internet and of course its slow.
I like to upload videos to youtube but it takes hours for a simple 5 minute video.

I have friends who have FIOS but they also have the TV service that comes with it since its sorta like cable.

I'm new to this FIOS thing so I don't know if the setup would be like cable.

I want FIOS without the TV service. Is that an option?
