Can I get toned by doing squats and lunges? Also if I'm riding my bike would that tone..

...too? I want to tone my legs and butt and I was thinking of doing squats and lunges(I don't like how my legs get bigger when I sit)

Oh and on my porch step I go by the edge of it and go up and down with my legs to exercise my calf's(if that makes sense)

&& I'm riding my bike for 30 minutes 5 days per week.

Will all that can I get toned?
++I am eating healthy
