Can i get this phone for Telus, Rogers, or Bell??!?

I love the LG VX9400 mobile TV phone. Please dont give me your opinions on the phone...For me, I think itd be a good phone.
And same with the SideKick or w.e they are.
Can I get these phones for telus, rogers or bell?
I live in B.C Canada and if I bought the phone on Ebay, would it be possible for it to run on telus? Or rogers...or bell?
