The good phones require internet whether you want it or not( which sucks for the people who don't need or want it stupid phone comp lol lol)
...your best best it to Google T mobile in your area get there number and give them a call. I don't know where you live or I would have saved you a step my friend owns a AT&T store so I hear these questions all the time from friends. Good luck hope you find the right phone!!!!
and T mobile is used to these types of phone calls and can help you out more then any of us can. HTC though is a damn good phone
