me and my mom are on a family plan with ATT right now and i signed up with her when the first gen iphone came out. and now i'm wondering if i can get the new 3g iphone? by overwriting the contract. but she has the black berry curve and i have the iphone. i was wondering if att can overwrite it since they are 2 diffrent phones?? plz help
