Can I get the Motorola Droid without the Verizon contract?

So im on at&t. my dad has a droid, my mom an Iphone 3GS. I prefer the Droid but my mom won't let my switch over to Verizon 'cause theres a bundle deal for our at&t phones. anyway, can i have the Motorola Droid with at&t instead of Verizon?
