so im upgrading from my old palm centro to a new phone today and i want to get the lg rumor touch. but im not sure if you need a data plan for it. i currently have that plan that gives you unlimited text messaging and calls, but i dont have a data plan cause my dad wont pay for it. and i was wondering if i can still get the lg rumor rouch?
