Its not like its permanent permanent like a tattoo beacuse slowly it fades and you have to get it touched up every couple of years! I know this because i have researeced it! I just cant find of it you can get tatoo eyeliner witha parents concent if im 15! I have heard of people getting it but i just want to make sure you can!
