the cars under someones name but the insurance is under mine with the owner of the car listed in the policy... will the owner of the car have to go to court? could I go to court instead if i told them that it was my ticket? how long would it take for them to summon someone to court for a parking ticket not even worth that much? would it even happen?
Can I get summoned to court for an unpaid parking ticket?
