can i get software to change my nokia e71 profile using frequent gps locations?

i have nokia E71, and i often find that i have to change my profile settings for different places. because i frequent these locations, i.e: uni, work, students meetings... i am finding that i might need an app that can change profile settings automatically based on global positioning. can someone point me in the right direction?
