Can I get sales tax refund when exporting a car ?
When I buy a car in PA, drive it for let's say less than a month and then export it(or even buying it than exporting the car at the same day), can I get my sales tax refunded ?
i'm not a US citizen , and i'm shipping the car to use personally in my country(i'm not a dealer) .
