I was driving 30 MPH and a cop was on a cross street and got right behind me i pulled in to my house and I was already off my car when she started screaming at me to get in the car, my wife and and brother got off as well and were my our house door and the police lady started yelling at my wife to get in the house. after that her attention turned to me and stated that she could impound my car and take me to jail for speeding but she didnt clock me she stated that she seen me going well over 45 MPH but had no proof. So then she gave me a court date for wreckless driving. is this Legal?
Can I get pulled over for suposidly speeding and getting a court for wrekless driving?
