can i get pictures off a broken samsung propel? i have lots of pics and videos

of my daughter i dont want? to lose, the top half that slides is completely distroyed and i dont think its turning on, keys dont light up and there is no screen i was told they cant fix it, or send it off but the guy kinda blew me off so i just wanted to see if anyone knew anything different, or if a usb would work etc thanks
