...that they promised.? Verizon customer service promised me when I signed up for a new package that I would receive internet at 3 Mbps verses my previous speed of just 1 Mbps. However, it is just as slow as it ever was, and I don't feel the quality is that much better than dial-up. Is there a way I can get out of my contract and end my service with Verizon without paying the fee they normally charge when you break a contract?
