I have a small pizzeria business in NJ and recently had a car crash into the building. The building has since been condemed. Im concerned since its been 3 weeks and I havnet seen any quick actions from the landlord (who is responsible for the structure damage). I currently lost all my customers. Can I get out of this lease?? Im not sure how quickly i can get back my customer base and being in such a tough economy i'm fearful I will not recover from this accident. Does anyone have advice?
