Depends on the state. In Florida there is no bond for FTA (failure to appear). They see you as a flight risk. Especially if this is an ongoing habit, you did not show up twice. My advice is that you call a bondsman. He will have access to the database that says you have a bench warrant for failure to appear and if there is a bond and the amount.
