In sounds like you have not be convicted yet, but have failed to appear. Since you have failed to appear twice, likely results are the judge will set a cash bond (meaning you can't hire a bondsman, you have to post the bond in cash), or the judge could decide to set no bond at all, since you have shown a propensity to not show up.
One thing for sure is it will not go away. You will have to face the music sooner or later.
