Is it possible if you sentenced to jail you can just get out with a Bond or is much more complicated than that. I have a charge of failing to go to court twice (definatly not on purpose, trust me) and its from the spca because I didnt get a puppy fix and never got back with them about her. Im just dont want to go to jail I want to know my possiblities. Thank you to any one who can help

In sounds like you have not be convicted yet, but have failed to appear. Since you have failed to appear twice, likely results are the judge will set a cash bond (meaning you can't hire a bondsman, you have to post the bond in cash), or the judge could decide to set no bond at all, since you have shown a propensity to not show up.

One thing for sure is it will not go away. You will have to face the music sooner or later.

Depends on the state. In Florida there is no bond for FTA (failure to appear). They see you as a flight risk. Especially if this is an ongoing habit, you did not show up twice. My advice is that you call a bondsman. He will have access to the database that says you have a bench warrant for failure to appear and if there is a bond and the amount. Make sure the puppy is fixed before you turn yourself in this will be in your favor. If there is a bond, which chances are slim (depending on your state law) pay the bond before you turn yourself in. This way you go in, get booked, printed and take a mug shot then go home. You may spend 12 hours or so in jail while they process you in and out.
