I had my 2008 fusion repo'd on Thursday. I was 47 days late on payment. I have contacted FMC redempetion department and they said my loan has to be re-approved. I sent them proof of income & car insurance. They are now closed for the weekend so I have to wait until monday for an answer. Does anyone know if they usually re-approve the loan. that is my only bill I have been behind on so there should not be a huge difference in my credit score. I have only had my car for a year and still owe $21,000 If they want the amount in full I will lose the car. If they let me pay the past and currant amount due I can do that Monday morning. does anyone know what Fords process is on returning cars after repossession. The not know is terrible. IF they give it back...I will never be even a day late again. Any advice would be wonderful.
Can I get my repo'd car back from Ford Motor Credit?
