I paid $2500.00 dollars for a detainers fee for a lawyer and the only thing he has done was post pone my case until next month. I can see now that he seems like he is working against me because without even looking clearly at the case, he tried to make me plea out to what the D.A wanted to make me plea too. Can I request my money back from the lawyer even though we went to court one time and he requested for the case to be post poned till next month? I live in California
