Can I get my medical card if i have ADD, Can't sleep, Can't eat normally or mood swings?

I don't have any of those diseases, (glauchoma, cancer, etc..) but I have the issues listed.
And, I recently started smoking marijuana. I've noticed after a week or two of smoking, that it's practically magical.
Anybody know if I can get my mdeical card for any of these?
I'm also willing to lie, if I have to.. =/
