Can I get my high school diploma or ged without paying for it?

I'm 22 years old I didn't get my high school diploma and I wanna either get my high school diploma or ged so I can work in the medicial field.I don't have a job and I'm 7 months pregnant and is there somewhere I can go to get this? I live in Broward county in florida...Thank you and no rude answers thank you.....
