I have Russian licenses plates that have never been register on any car. Someone stole the plates off of my truck, and I already have plates that can be read by police. To save time and money, would it be possible to get my Russian plates register to my truck? I don't think I can afford to replace them.
Can i get my car registerd under new plates?
