Can I get koi fish for my 20 gallon tank?

I have three turtles and some fish in a 20 gallon tank. the fish and turtles are small. I want to get two koi fish. I do plane on getting a bigger tank as they get bigger. would this be ok. Can i also have some info on what i can to make the tank more like home for the fish and turtles.
