How can i improve my chances to get in a top university?????

If you want to get into a great school, you really need to raise your GPA - but about the highest you can get it by the end of junior year is a 3.33 assuming you take the same number of classes every year and get all A's this year. That's not high enough to be considered for Berkeley or UCLA and probably not for Virginia either. But there are many other lower-ranked state universities that would consider you.

To do medicine, you need a 4-year college degree, 4 years of medical school, and 3+ years of residency. You can major in anything in college as long as you take the premed classes. Since you can do this pretty much anywhere, and med school is very expensive, try a state university in your state to save some money. And you need a minimum of a 3.5 GPA in college to have a shot at med school, so you really need to start doing better.
