Can i get financial aid a second time?

I dropped out of a fast paced college after about 6 months or so since it was to fast paced for me, i still owe for it on financial aid, and this was about 1 1/2 yrs ago and was wondering if anyone knows if i can get financial aid again to go to a normal community college
 
If you have defaulted on your student loans then you will not be able to take out more loans until you are back in good-standing (usually 4-6 months of regular, on-time payments). However, if you've been paying monthly, then you can qualify for financial aid again and when you start school you can defer your current loans. The fast-paced school will not release your transcripts if you owe any money to them. Also, if you were not in good academic standing, then you may have to pay out-of-pocket for 1-2 semesters until you prove that you are in good academic standing again.
