Can I get email (microsoft exchange 2003) on my blackberry curve (verizon wireless)?

I presently own an iphone and I hate AT&T service- just horrible anyway - I'm going to switch back to verizon wireless and start using my curve again. The only issue is that I set up my work email on my iphone (which works o.k.) and I need to get it setup on my curve. my company does not allow anybody but higher ups to get emails on company blackberry's so I would have to do this without using BES or contacting IT to help. Is this possible? The email service is Microsoft Exchange 2003 with outlook- also my company provides Email web access....Thanks
