Can I get cell service with bluetooth and satellite internet?

Bluetooth cannot be used to make calls- it is only for exchanging data between two bluetooth devices over very short distances. I'd recommend using skype or other VoIP, or get wired high-speed internet, and get a Verizon network extender

I'm a college student and will be living in a house in the country where there is no cell service of any kind (I have Verizon). I am getting satellite radio for my computer, obviously wireless internet, and wanted to know if there was a bluetooth device that I could connect to my computer that would allow me to make phone calls from my cell phone (my cell is bluetooth compatible). That is, I am looking for a way to make/receive calls with my cell phone via my computer. I have read about USB bluetooth adapters, but I'm not sure how those work concerning making/receiving calls.
Also, if the technology does exist, what happens to caller ID to the recipient of a call I'm making? Do they still see my original cell number?
