me and my boyfriend sign for a 6 month lease we only have two more month until or lease is over but me and my boyfriend didn't get along so he move out without telling me and the landlord. I can't afford the rent all by myself so i went and talk to my landlord if i could just pay for my half and they can make him pay his half but they can't get a hold of him and i can't pay the whole rent all by myself and so they going to take us to court and i know he's not going to show up and if i don't show up what going to happen?
can I get a warrant if I didn't show up in court to pay for my rent?
