Can I get a waiver to join the army?

I want to join the army but some people have been telling me that it wont be possible. I had surgery when I was 13yrs old and now I am 25. I had a titanium pin put in my hip to help it grow straight. Don't know the cause of this or how it happened.Can I get a medical waiver for this?
