I was charged with possession of class d maryjuana with conspiracy to violate drug laws.. the judge didn't care that the cash i had on me was from my check I had cashed the day before.. I had 2 dime bags of weed.. anyway.. both charges were dismissed... on top of that the judge almost put it down as class b cocaine. which I had to stop the whole court proceeding and make them look at the origional paper's to correct him..
all in all they never fixxed my back ground check and I found out from a reruiter in september.. I;ve filed an administrative claim sf 95 for negligence.
 
Yak Rider is right. We processed a guy once with dismissed rape and attempted murder charges.

However, I get the feeling you're leaving something out, such as: "conditional" dismissal, dismissed "with probation" "community service", etc. In that case, it's the same as guilty, and no, you will never ever ever get in.
