driving down a street in san dimas, ca. I come up on a car that was slowed to a crawl, I came up on the car and he took off like a bat out of hell, so i speeded up and passed the a speed sign. He blew by it first and it flashed at me several times. will I recieve a ticket in the mail?
Can I get a ticket when I am flashed by a speed warning sign?
