Can I get a teacher in trouble for talking about students behind their back?

The school librarian gets in arguments with students daily. I'm a good student and don't go against the rules. However, today she told me I could not eat my apple in the library, I asked if I could eat it outside. She said as long as I was back before the bell rang. Well, instead I walked down to guidance, told the counselor that I hadn't eaten anything yet today and wanted to eat my apple. She let me and sent me back to study hall in the library with a pass. The librarian then proceeded to whisper to another teacher about what I had done, and about other things other students have none. None of which are major problems. Can I get her in trouble for talking about students behind their backs?
