Can I get a sprint phone & plan without a contract?

I'm only 14 years old and I have a job and I want a cell phone. I'm too young to sign a contract and I want to get a Sprint phone and plan. My mom refuses to get me one under her name so I have to do it all by myself.....is there any way I can get it without a contract but still have a plan.
