J Joe New member Dec 29, 2010 #1 I downloaded a game from XBOX games on demand but it wouldnt play. I did all the things the XBOX Support told me to and none of them worked. I payed 1200 points for the game. Am I elligible for a refund? If so, how can I get that refund?
