Can I Get A Reccomendation For A Career In Law Enforcement....?

I was looking at being a detective, but I hear that detectives need to have had experience working as a normal police officer, which is something I'm reluctant to do.

So if I could just get other shoutouts for careers in criminal justice that'd be great. I know that alot of careers need the formula (cop + college degree) and not simply (college degree) so if I absolutely MUST spend time as a cop I guess I will. And I'd be in the LAPD area.

I don't know of any degrees that don't require the formula, lol. But hey... being a patrol officer isn't the end of the world!! Why are you reluctant? (Just curious...)

Private investigators may not have to have LE experience... check it out.
