Can I get a new Alltel prepaid phone?

I have an Alltel prepaid plan. I have had my phone for over a year and I want a new one. Can I buy one on ebay and transfer it over to my account without getting a new number?
 
I believe so. Just go to the website once you receive your new phone and click upgrade phone. I am pretty sure they will let you but I am not 100% sure. I got my old Alltel phone from a friend, who got it from his friend who was gonna throw it away. It was originally a contract, but I went to an Alltel store and they let me switch it to prepaid, so im pretty sure they will let you keep your number but just upgrade phones. You have to have an account to upgrade a phone I think. I hope I helped and good luck with your new phone!! :)
