Can I get a mobile phone contract in my name but using my girlfriends bank account?

I'm looking to get myself a mobile phone contract in my name but to have it paid from my girlfriends bank account as I don't have my own.. I've already attempted with O2 but they won't allow it?
Any information on contract providers who will allow the circumstances would be more than appreciated, thanks in advance.
