Hello! I have a question about my situation. I was at my friends apartment, waiting to go out to a birthday party, when the door flew open and I was arrested with everyone in the apartment for a possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. I was arrested for something that I had no idea that my friend had some drugs in his apartment. In the end the District Attorney let me plead guilty to a Disorderly Conduct with a 1 year conditional discharge which is a violation in NYS, as long as I dont get into trouble. Well my question is if i pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct, will the military see me convicted for a possession charge? I was not convicted for this charge because I was not in possession of any drugs in the apartment or had any idea that there were. If anyone can help!!
Can I get a military waiver?
