My dad is retired from the Air Force, and I am 18 now. My military ID is expiring later this year, but I was wondering if it is possible for me to renew it. Am I too old to renew it because I am an adult now?
You can renew it until you are 21 or 23 if going to college full time. you will need to have him with you or give you a Form DD1172 or a Power of Attorney to renew it, along with 2 pieces of ID (1 picture and former ID doesn't count).
