Can i get a loan with little credit history?

I'm 21 years old with little credit history and im trying to get a 35,000 dollar loan to buy my grandpas house from him. I have a full time job. Is it possible for me to get one?
 
Try and run a Credit Report on yourself you are limited to one a year if you like what you see it but lenders will not give a loan based on the information you provided usually they will not . Usually it takes 7 years to establish excellent credit also take a look at bankrate.com as good source of information.
