my network is Verizon.

I have the LG enV2 (VX9100)
i got it around Thanksgiving
my phone screwed up, whenever i go to create a txt or any other message for that matter, my phone freezes up and i cant even turn it off. so i have to remove the battery.
i have tryed charging the phone but no result, it does it on full battery too.
and this is the second time something like this has happened to me with this model.
1st time was around December 27th or so, when it turned on and off for no reason at all.
so when i take it in to the Verizon Shop, can i get the LG Versa instead of a new enV2. i just do not trust it at all.
