Can I get a charge/go to jail if I go to this party?

Im 14 and i live in ontario and im going to a party soon and they are going to be 14 year olds drinking there. BUT since ive been taught better, im not drinking a drop of alcohol. Her mom is going to be there. Im wondering if the police come, will i, someone who HASNT had a drink, get in trouble?
