I'm in my teens and i'm tongue tied which is having this little string of flesh under the mouth stuck to the tip of it and i don't have as much movement and can't really stick it far out like others but i can lick my lips

Have any of you kissed people who are tongue-tied ? Are they awful ? Do any of you have a tongue tie and find french kissing harder than it should be ? Is it a turn off for guys that a girl isn't being able to stick it out ? Is it even possible for me to French kiss ? Should I be worried ?! Any tips or tricks ?
