Can I freeze cooked steak even though it was frozen before I cooked it?

I took some stakes out of the freezer and cooked them for my husband, he gets called out of town suddenly and I want to save them for him. Will it be OK to freeze the cooked stakes for about a week until he gets home? I can't eat them all by my self. I really wish to save them for him. I hope it is OK.
